This variety was introduced in South Australia over 100 years ago. A strand of the Frantoio family.

Blended with other Italian varieties it creates a typically bold and robust oil full of aromatic fragrance with splendid fruit flavours of spice and gentle bitterness of pepper, that lingers on the palate and compliments it’s characteristics.

PENDOLINO

This originally Tuscan variety has adapted well in the South Australian climate. It has lots of vigour and is a great pollinator. Blended with our other Italian varieties, we have created a well balanced, typically bold and robust oil full of fruit flavours of spice, overtones of pepper with aromatic fragrance. It is ideal for dressing prime meat, fresh seafood and salads.
